Looking to escape for a bit? How about Balearics holidays just off the coast of Spain?

What sounds better than island hopping in the Mediterranean Sea? Oh…you are looking to completely unwind? Well then, just stay on one island. No matter what it is you are looking for,  Balearics holidays are the answer to your travel desires. At ULookUBook.com, we’ll take you on a quick flight over the eastern coast of the Iberian Peninsula to one of the three main Balearic Islands…Majorca, Menorca, or Ibiza.

One of the greatest experiences one can have is to really explore and get lost out at sea. I don’t literally mean get lost at sea. I mean taking a deep breath, putting the computer away, and letting Mother Nature do all the thinking (or maybe your captain). Let’s jump on a yacht and sail around the Balearics! You don’t know about the time of year? No worries. We are talking about year-round sailing…120 nautical miles with the wind on our backs and the sun smiling from above!

I am sure you will want to explore the islands by land as well. A top spot in Majorca, the largest of the Balearic Islands, is definitely the French Gothic style Cathedral de Palma de Mallorca. If you first see this stunning cathedral by sea, you will truly be blown away. The cathedral is over 120 metres long and 55 metres wide with the old quarter homes in the backdrop. Continue your time by heading north to Deià. This coastal village is very well known for its literary and musical residents, such as the late Robert Graves.

If you are looking for a more tranquil holiday, stop off in Menorca. After checking out its collection of megalithic stone monuments, order some Formatge de Maó, a very popular cheese.

Maybe you are looking to let loose on your Balearics holidays? Well, head on over to Ibiza. Let’s enjoy the hedonistic night life that compliments the natural beauty surrounding it all. There are parties to choose from here for all walks of life. Need to give your body a much needed rest?Go to Sant Josep de sa Talaia and sit with your loved ones as you watch the sun melt into the sea besides Es Vedrà, one of the most magnetic places in the world!
